How to prepare for the first session

Once an appointment has been made, you will be emailed or faxed forms which are needed for your first appointment.  Please go over the forms and fill them out before you come for the initial session. If you are unable to, it may take up time at the start of your first session.

It is expected and understood that you may be nervous before your first meeting. Many people deal with this anxiety by rescheduling, forgetting the time or being worried that they may not find the office. At the time of your appointment, Dr. Menendez will be waiting for you. If for any reason you feel you might be late or there may be a problem in getting to the office, please call the office at (786)529-6913.
